Combining PDF's

I have 11 PDF's that I want to combine into one file.  I select them all, right click and hit the "combine files in acrobat" option.  The combine files menu comes up, all 11 documents are listed and I hit combine files.  It goes though the process however when it's done I have an 11 page pdf of just the first PDF repeated 11 times.  What am I missing?  Thank you in advance for any assistance.

‌Are these forms with the same form fields?

Yes all 11 pages are the same document, just with different names in each field.  I used to be able to just right click and hit the combine files in acrobat function but that no longer works.  Is it because what I combined before were vastly different pdf's?  Can it not combine the same type of PDF file just with different names in the list fields? Thanks for the help everyone.

You have following options:

  • change the field names before you combine the files
  • flatten the form fields before you combine the files
  • combine the files as a portfolio

File> Create> Combine files into single PDF, or open one PDF and drag and drop into the pages panel.

I did that, still 11 pages of the same page over and over again.
