Hi all,
I have created a document in livecycle for routing an HR process. As part of it, people digitally sign to ensure that they have approved. Once it reaches me, I extract the data and use it for an internal process.
Now, I need to be able to save this document and load it into a document management system. The issue I am finding is that I need to be able to attach supplemental docs to this before uploading, for record keeping purposes. I understand that we cannot do this in a single pdf due to the reasoning behind digital signatures, but for storage in the document management system I just need a record, not the actual signatures.
I have been able to accomplish this by printing to PDF, but this does not offer a batch method for me to use on many documents. I have used acrobat action wizard to extract the pages, but this loses the signature (which, I only need the "image" of, not the actual digital data.
Any thoughts on this?I have been unable to find/create a JS that I could use in action wizard to do this without opening the dialogue.
