Creating title box in PDF that can be copied and edited.

I am trying to create a title box with two to three columns three rows high.  I will need to use the has format several times with different information in the title box.  I would like something that can be a cut and paste.  Any ideas?

I have tried using Word and Excel but need will copy and paste the box itself, just the text.  I would like to create template that I can copy and past to different PDF files and then edit the text.  What I don't seem to be able to copy is the box below.

Any help is greatly appreciated

PDF forms are not Word or Excel documents and have a very different internal format.

You need Acrobat to create the form fields in one PDF then you could cut and paste the form fields between documents.

You could even create a template page that could be used to overlay a PDF page with the form fields.

If you have knowledge of Acrobat JavaScript you can create a custom JavaScript to add the form fields to an open PDF file. And with additional scripting you can add a menu item or toolbar button to execute the script.

You can use Acrobat Standard or Acrobat Professional. There are many blogs and sites providing free tutorials as well as many books that can be purchased about how to create forms.
