When I send a PDF with Signatures from the Mobile App. My customers only get a blank form with signatures on it. How do I fix that?

Would you please try sending the attachment to your email and see if you have same problem?
Also what operating system you are using on your mobile device like Android,Windows,iOS ?

Okay we use Android operating system on our tablets. And I have figured out
that if a customer tries to open their email on Apple product that they
only see the signatures. But if they open it on a Windows computer they can
view it.

Hi Mark ,
I think they may be using non-adobe program ,I would suggest them to install Adobe Acrobat reader on the Apple devices and see if it works.

It is our customers that are using Apple devices not us. So they can't see
the PDFs

Hi Mark,
To drill down this issue. Is it possible to share the original document and the signed document with us?
Also, let us know if you aware which application your recipients are using to view the document and workflow, how do you sign the document?
I would like to test this behavior in-house.
