Getting "System Error. Please Try again Later" after clicking "Get Document Signed". Has anyone ran into this?

Just installed Acrobat XI on a computer. Activated and updated to the latest version. Trying to set up a document to get signed by others. When I click "Get Document Signed. getting the error message "System Error. Please Try Again Later"

Could you please tell if this is happening with this document or with other documents as well?

What Operating System do you have- Windows/Mac?

What version of Acrobat XI do you have?

Would it be possible to share your Adobe ID via private message?

Could you please post a screenshot of the screen when trying to send the document?

Also try to reboot the Computer and then send and check if its working.
