Is it a PDF file or a MS Word file?

I can see that you have Acrobat Pro DC subscription, simply open the PDF in Acrobat Pro DC & Edit it Acrobat Help | Editing PDFs.

Else if you want to Edit it in MS Word, then first Export the PDF to Word Convert or export PDFs to other file formats, Adobe Acrobat & then open the exported document in MS Word for editing.
