How can I provide a PDF document with a customer name or stamp, in order to prevent unauthorized copying on the internet.

My previous attempts were unsuccessful since this was easy to remove from the document.

Which Adobe - Product is needed to provided a PDF document  with a watermark and encrypt it then?

The dokumet is an Inventor drawing.

Since this is hobby, the software should not be too expensive.

Adobe Acrobat.

Keep in mind that it's quite easy to get around this kind of security, though. So don't count on it as being a 100% fool-proof solution.

I think we must be realistic. All ordinary security is worthless, except as a way of conveying your intention.

I think a better way of putting it is that if you want real security you have to pay for it, a lot. Anything else is mostly for show, as you say, and can be easily overcome.
