In Acrobat: Tools - Pages - Delete.

In Reader: Not possible.

I have Acrobat Pro X. The problem is that the "Pages" option is no longer showing up under "Tools"

It's possible the document is secured, signed or was created in LiveCycle Designer, which will prevent it from being edited in such a way.
