How do you export a pdf to ms word?

Even though I have export pdf in my plan, it does not let me do it. Any suggestions?

Do you have Reader?

Because if you purchase Acrobat you get export PDF included in the software.

Please explain the workflow and what happens when you try to do so?

Ideally ,when you launch a PDF>File>Export To.This is the method to export a PDF.
