How do you set Acrobat DC to dectect the page size when printing to PDF from another program?

I use Bartender label software and print to PDF with Acrobat DC.

The Pdf always shows as an A4 page instead of being the actual label size.

I have tried going into printing preferences and adding the label size - it allowed me to enter around 5-6 sizes and then stopped working. We use lots of different size variations and I would need to enter 10-15 sizes in printing preferences - but it seems I cannot enter any more.

Is there a limit to how many sizes you can enter and what sizes you can enter? I could enter 30mm x 30mm but it wouldn't let me enter 25mm x 60mm. Frustrating.

It would be so much easier if there was a way to set Acrobat DC to automatically detect the label size - is this possible?

That print dialog is printing a PDF already made, not applicable.

Unfortunately Acrobat can't "detect" the size because the only size available to it is the page setup size. This might be limited to minimum one inch (25.4 mm), a Windows limitation I think.

Printing single labels to PDF is an unusual requirement (or we would see more of this problem).

Is there any way to override the 25.4mm Windows limitation?

We need to set label widths to 10mm, 15mm, 20mm and 25mm. All other sizes above this work.

This explains why I can't enter more page setup sizes.

‌I don't think you can. In any case sizes below an inch or over 200 will fail in Acrobat, you have to stay in that range. You may need to rethink your strategy.
