How to get s/n email?
We have purchased Acrobat Pro DC desktop over the phone. The money was collected, but we cannot get the s/n. we have been told by voice and chat support *many* times this will come in 24h latest. but it never comes and no answer at all. how can we get the s/n we paid for. [ It is, by the way, a great upgrade and we are very happy to have it, but the demo will be running out soon.]
