how to make an interactive form that works both in Ipad and Iphone ?

I have made an interactive from template.

When I open it on my Iphone the template has the text but the fields that should be text in are empty.

I have tried with -> File  ->  Save as something else -> Reader extended PDF -> Activate more Tools

(sorry for the translation)

But this does not work... any ideas?

The default PDF viewer on iOS does not have any support for forms. Adobe Reader has OK support and PDF Expert has better support, particularly for JavaScript.
