How to remove digital signature and appearances in Adobe XI Pro

I played around with some digital signature appearances and names and I am wondering how I remove them from the list now.  I have found no way to remove either the digital ID or the appearance options.

‌In the preferences of Acrobat you can remove the digital signatures.

If you could point me in the exact location that would be very helpful.  I looked all over in the preferences and could not find it.

‌In Acrobat DC you find it at Signatures.
