I'm trying to edit an existing pdf & all I need to do is move the images. However, when I move the box the image is staying in its original position.

I'm trying to edit an existing pdf & all I need to do is move the images.  However, when I move the box the image is staying in its original position.

What am I missing?   Thank you!
