Notallowederror: Security settings prevent access to this property or method

I keep having trouble printing coupons from a certain web site. I go through all the steps and I click on "print my coupons", I get a window asking do I want to open or save. I usually choose open. Then the screen pops up showing the coupon and immediately I get another pop up with the message: Not Allowed Error: Security Setting prevent Access to this Property or Method and I can't print the coupon. I tried someone's suggestion to open Java and click a certain box - which I did - but that didn't help. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
