Play video in a pdf-file in Acrobat Ready without flash player installed????

I have inserted a video in a pdf-file from Acrobat DC. Some computers can't play the video because they need flash play. Is it possible to embed a video in a pdf-document that can be played on every single computer without flash player?

P.S. it has to be a pdf-file as it is part of a larger document.
