Adobe Acrobat XI Pro continues to give errors (recently in the past week) when trying to print and printing is unsuccessful from quick print in Outlook.

Error pops up and regardless of the menu selection it does not print.

"This operation is not permitted as this document is not trusted. Do you want to trust this document?

C:\Users\userName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook\JQF326eY\filename.pdf

"

Temporary file is generated in the above referenced location and printing does not occur. Error comes from Adobe Acrobat popup window.

Previously, printing was able to be done quickly to the default printer. Now, regardless of resetting the settings, selecting "Yes", or doing any other configuration changes in Adobe, it does not work.

Repairing Adobe Acrobat brings the following error:

Hi ice63724198 ,

Could you please tell if this is happening with the particular message or with all the messages ?

You could also use "Convert to Adobe PDF" option by right click on the message and then select "Convert to Adobe PDF".

Thanks!

Shivam

More specifics:

1. PDF document is already attached to an Outlook email and is already in .PDF format

2. All .PDF attachments are giving this error when quick printing (I have about 30 emails with attachments)

    A. The only way around seems to be to -> 1. Open the .pdf 2. Allow permissions 3. File 4. Print

3. I don't see a "Convert to Adobe PDF" option in Outlook / Office 365

You could re-register the context menu by following these steps :

1 -  Press Windows key on your keyboard and type "cmd", right click on it and select Run as Administrator.

2-   Type-  cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\Acrobat Elements, hit enter.

3- Now type -  regsvr32 Contextmenu64.dll and hit enter.

These above steps are for 64 bit system , if you are on 32 bit system  , type the below command in cmd -

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 11.0\Acrobat Elements  and hit enter and then regsvr32 Contextmenu.dll and hit enter.

Let me know if it worked

Thanks!
