Hi Iepg-jillian,

I found there is no problem with the serial number and another thing was this product provided to you by Dell.

You may contact dell about this issue.

Would you please help us with the screenshot of  the error? Also, remove the serial number from the screen shot.

Also please provide me the serial number using the private message : How Do I Send Private Message
