Re: Filled in form fields not printing - using Acrobat Pro on Windows 10

I am having the identical problem, except that there are no Mac systems involved. I created a fillable event registration form for a charitable organization for which I work and distributed it. I did check that filled in forms could be saved with their data, but I did not actually print one out. Today, I downloaded the form, filled it in, and tried to print it out. The fixed contents of the form prints out normally but the contents of the form fields are not printed. I do have the print options set to print 'Document and Markups', as suggested elsewhere. As a test, I used Photoshop to open the file. It can be printed (default settings) with the filled in fields displayed as they should be from that program. On my own system I was opening and printing it with the latest version of Acrobat Professional. I also tried to print it from another system, using Acrobat Reader DC - this also resulted in the blank from being printed. Both systems are running Windows 10 Anniversary Update. The original (blank) form can be downloaded from http://ncinvestiture.holysepulchre.net/images/regformnew.pdf. I can send you my completed form if you wish to give me the necessary contact information.

The form fields are defined as "Visible but doesn't print". With Adobe Acrobat you can change this.

How?! I have looked in all the places I can think of for a relevant setting.

Yes, I went back and looked again. I have no idea how the fields all came to be configured with this bizarre, confusing, and (to my mind) totally useless property setting. I checked to make sure that it was not the default, and it wasn't - a new field added to a new document was given the 'Visible' setting. Thanks!

I posted here without realizing that I was in a 'Mobile' area. Would it be appropriate and possible to move this post to a more suitable forum.
