Rotate Page Button on Quick Tool Bar is gone.

I got an Adobe Acrobat Pro XI update last week. I just noticed my Rotate Page Button on my Quick Tool Bar is gone. I found it on the Common Tool Panel but I can't drag it to the Quick Tool Bar. How do I get it there?

Right-click the tool (under Tools - Pages) and select "Add to QuickTools Toolbar".

I got the Rotate Tool by clicking the Customize Button (upper right) and selecting Common Tools.
