Re Adobe Acrobat XII

When I got to 'Save As Other' in the File Menu of Adobe Acrobat XII and select either 'Reduced sized pd'f or 'Optimized pdf' I always get the below message:

"Please check if you have permission to write to this location and have sufficient disk space"

What does the message mean and how can I overcome the problem?

Advice Appreciated

Hi,

Please provide the exact dot version for Acrobat Pro & OS installed on your  system. Also check if you have any update available for acrobat pro after going through "Help > Check for updates ".

Would like to know where you trying to save the file on network drive or local. Please try to save the file to different location .

Also try to save with different name .

I did an update (?. O.14) to Adobe Acrobat XII, restarted the Mac and the saving options are now working.
