Hi ,

Please check if Acrobat is updated to the latest patch.

Try to use another browser.

What exactly do you experience when you try to use both the features?

If there is an error message,please attach a screen shot.

Thanks.

1. I don't want to use another browser. I prefer Chrome. Not that a browser matters when working in Adobe Acrobat DC, really - right?

2. I have the latest Acrobat.

3. Nothing happens. Blank screen. No error.

4. Used to work so nicely before...sigh...

Hi ,

If you get blank screen please check if Segoe UI fonts are missing from your machine.

Missing of Segoe UI fonts are the reason when there is a blank dialog box.

Blank dialogs or Text missing from GUI, Adobe Acrobat and Reader
