Send for signature hangs Acrobat

Acrobat DC 2015.010.20060

When ever I attempt to send a document for signatures DC completes the upload, opens the Send dialog enter recipients...

And Hangs -

If I look at my CPU usage I See Acrobat taking 18% and 2 AcroCEFs taking approximately 2% each

If I kill off the last CEF it cancels the dialog and I can return to using Acrobat normally

If I kill the first one then it kills acrobat altogether

I have rebooted my system once to eliminate other resource issues but I have not seen an improvement

I can send for comments and send and track a form without trouble

Follow this thread to reset the preferences for the Acrobat software :- How to reset Preference settings in Acrobat.

Would request to check with the Different documents .replicate the issue.

Also check after turning off the security services .

Also try to use send for signature option from Cloud.acrobat.com ,, try to send the documents & then check for the same .

Hi jw,

Try unchecking the options:

'Show online storage when opening files'

'Show online storage when saving files'

and check the performance.
