sketch or draw box on a form?

I'm creating a form where our client needs to sketch a stage diagram for us.  I can't seem to find a way to allow a user to draw or sketch on a PDF form.  With Acrobat, the pencil tool does exactly what I want, but is there a way to make that function available to a user that is utilizing Reader? Or a way to insert a 'draw box' onto a form?
