Spot colors not exporting in PDF from InDesign

Ink Manager Dialog box settings while exporting from InDesign...

And here is the Ink Manager dialog box in Acrobat - showing the the spot colors did NOT EXPORT. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? This is an older file that was updated with a new pictures - nothing else was touched. Any help is appreciated, as this is very frustrating. Thanks in advance.
