Unable flattenPages due to security policy

I'm trying to use "this.flattenPages()" .

But the script is blocked because of the security policy.

In spite of the policy, is there any way to execute the script?

You first need to have the policy and any other security restrictions removed. They are placed on the PDF to prevent modification of the PDF. Printing the PDF will flatten the PDF.
