Upgrading from Acrobat Pro IX

I bought an upgrade from Acrobat Pro IX to Acrobat 12 DC on 1/6/16. Now I'm trying to install a second copy on my laptop and Acrobat IX is not shown as upgrade eligible so I have no way to enter my old serial number. Help!

Hi ,

It looks like you bought an upgrade for Acrobat XI to DC and not IX to DC because there is no such upgrade available for IX to DC.

Please share the screen shot what do you get while installing the second copy on your laptop.

Thanks for the help, but Adobe got me all set up. I couldn't figure it out since it worked fine on my desktop. Perhaps in retrospect, I had referenced a different version of Acrobat from work when I bought my upgrade.
