Preference settings that can be modified via the registry (or Plist files on macOS) are documented in the Enterprise SDK:

Acrobat-Reader Enterprise Toolkit Home

The ones specifically about JavaScript are here:

JavaScript Controls

I'm guessing you not only want to turn it off, but stop the user from turning it on. Don't think you can do that.

I mean, the best way to do it is through that dialog... Do you mean that you want to do it with a script (if so, you can't), or automatically when the application is installed, or what?

Thank you for the reply.

I want a Group Policy that will Un-Check "Enable Acrobat JavaScript".
