When trying to print tax returns from a saved file, it prints a blank form with no info on it. What am i doing wrong?

Which application you are using to print the returns like Acrobat or Reader ? You can check if the printing is allowed on the same document or not , Open the file and then click File>Properties>Security. Under Documents Restrictions Summary see if Printing is Allowed.
