Where is my program

I bought acrobat xi pro in 2013 registered and have been using it sense my computer broke now when I go to reload it all my account details are gone and my program has been given to someone else. how dose this happen. I have the down load instructions emailed to me from adobe with the product key which i have paid for. I won't be buying anymore of your products ever again. We are supposed to trust you with our details not anymore.

The Adobe ID associated with Forum has no products registered to it, can you please share the order number or the Adobe ID to which it has been registered.

how do you know your program was '..given to someone else.'?

The product key I was issued from Adobe now has someone else's name and all my details have been deleted

As I could not sign in with my login, when I got in touch with Adobe they sent me from one person to another

Until they just cut me off. The product key was sent to my email address they had to send it to me how else

Can I get it. So they had my details then so what happened to them.
