Why are converted files from pdf to word incomplete when exported?

Why are converted files from pdf to word incomplete when exported?   Specifically much of the text is not there - just a blank white space.

Provide the name of the program you are using so a Moderator may move this message to the correct program forum

This Cloud forum is not about help with program problems... a program would be Photoshop or Lighroom or Muse or ???

Thanks for the reply.  I have just subscribed to the Adobe Export PDf, and followed instructions to download a PDf to Miicrosoft word, but it the file arrived incomplete.
