I'm working on a research project and need to know the pricing for bulk usage of the Adobe PDF Services API. I've tried contacting the sales team twice via email but haven't received a response.
If anyone knows how to obtain this pricing information, or if there's something I might have missed?

I'm having the same problem. I've filled the form in twice, but had no response. I've phoned them a few times today, but so far the various people I've been passed around to haven't been able to help, bar one. The one person who did know sent me this link:
AWS Marketplace: Adobe PDF Services API (U.S.) (amazon.com)
I think you could procure it through AWS at one point, but that product is US only and not available to new customers. I will continue to phone them.

We eventually heard back from Adobe that the minimum cost was $25k per year, so it was far too expensive. Very frustrating that it took several months to find that information out.

Hi All, apologies for the delays you've been experiencing. We're working on streamlining our sales inquiries. At this point we're only able to offer Enterprise agreements for a short period of time. They didn't confirm how many transactions that included, no. They have been in touch recently to say a new, lower priced license will be available around June time.

500.000 document transactions is the minimum threshold (0,05 eurocent per call)=25.000.

Amazing... 500 free credits no questions asked and no clear information or other packages listed on their website to pick from. How hard could it be to add prepaid credit plans or subscription plans to pick from that are not "enterprise" level or require contacting sales. Adobe's missing out on lots of potential earnings with this 1990's business model.

Agree 🙂 We are a starting agency with clients interested in this service but the pricing is confusing and even seems irrational only offering an enterprise solution for an API of this type.

I have received an answer from Adobe, and the cost is about $55,000 or more per year . We need ETLA contract. If we need detailed cost information, we should contact the sales representative

I received different numbers. The minimum threshold is 500.000 document transaction per year. 5 cents per call, which is 25.000 per year.
Adobe, are you planning to come up with different plans for this (e.g. small, medium, large business)? As the gap between free tier and this minimum threshold of 500.000 is quite a gap. It causes additional procurement headaches.
