i want to reinstall without CD.

now i already delete the adobe acrobat xi standard program.

how can i reinstall this program?

It looks like Adobe removed the ability to download Acrobat XI entirely. Bummer...

Keep in mind that Acrobat XI is no longer supported and it is recommended to switch to Acrobat DC.

So in your case, you would be better off purchasing an external CD drive and install Acrobat XI from your original CD. These drives aren't expensive

It should be possible for perpetual licensees to get a download link, if they can prove ownership of the license. A workaround is to copy the content of the CD from a different computer to an external drive/USB stick and install from there.

Not anymore, I guess:

What I did at the time was copying the data to a disk drive and install from there... That was especially interesting when doing multiple installs for multiple users.
