Abonelik iptal ve ücret iadesi.

Geçtiğimiz yıl 1200tl civarında olan abonelik için bu gün hesabıomdan 8360tl ödeme çekilmiş. Bu fiyat artışı Türkiye şartlarında bir öğrenci için kabul edilebilir değil.
Aboneliklerimi iptal ettim fakat ücret iadesi için başvuru oluşturamıyorum. Ücret iadesi için daha önce onlarca kez paylaşılmış adobe help linki paylaşmayınız. Oralardan ücret iadesine başvuru yapamıyorum.
Kira paramı adobe çaldı.

Ben aboneliğimi güncellemeden aboneliğim yenilenmiş ayrıca planımı hiç kullanmadan neredeyse iki yıldır ödeme çekiyor ancak iptal de edemiyorum ön ödeme istiyor. Aboneliğimi iptal etmek ve ücret iadesi istiyorum napmalıyım yardımcı olur musunuz

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
