How do I find my converted file? (Word - docx)

New Here ,

Have converted (twice at least) an Adobe file to a Word docx format......instructions say to choose "Office 365" or "SharePoint" and then put in my account URL.   I do not know what Office 365 OR SharePoint are....nor whatever "my account URL" might be.  Have a paid subscription (lowest level) to convert files, but need to FIND and then MOVE the converted file to its proper folder.  Unable to find an "answer" that addresses this, at least in a way I can understand it.  Would much prefer to have Customer Support available to answer my question personally as I am NOT very experienced on computers.  Thx, Pat.

.doc / .docx files should open in either

  1. Microsoft Word
  2. Microsoft Word Viewer

If they open in something else, you will need to adjust your file associations.  If you need help with that, tell us your operating system.

Hi Pat.

You'll want to go to the acrobat.com forum since your issue concerns that service. Here is a link for you: Adobe Acrobat.com Services

I'm sure they'll be able to give you a hand. Good luck.

Hi Pat,

As i understand you have converted your pdf file to .docx format...I need information about three facts, in order to assist you better :

  1. Did you get a download file prompt after conversion?
  2. Are you able to download the converted file ?
  3. Also, are you using the right program to open the .docx file?

Regards,

Rahul
