I am trying to convert to MS Word a 31 Mb PDF file, but it has been working all day and does not finish. Are there some limitations I am not aware of?

Hi carlos_ferrero,

That file is well within the 100-MB file size limit, but it may be too complex for the ExportPDF service to process before timing out.  Please try these things for starters:

1. Clear the browser cache and try again.
2. Try a different web browser.
3. Make sure that there are no firewall/proxy settings on your computer that my be limiting your access to the Internet.
4. Try converting the file from within Reader with OCR disabled. For instructions, see How to disable Optical Character Recognition (OCR) when converting PDF to Word or Excel.

Please let us know how it goes. If we need to, we'll take it from there.
