The personalized message option is only for paid subscription and not available for free user account.

Are you using Reader DC or Web interface to send files?

Do you get any error message? or any other prompt, If yes, Please share a screenshot with us.

Hello; good evening; Any type of player you are using remove and reinstall; is probably misconfigured or outdated. If you prefer you can install updated application. If the error recurs show us the screen with the information that we better solution.
