i have renewed my subscription to ExportPDF but it still says I need to buy again when I try to use it??

I have renewed my subscription to ExportPDF but it still says I need to buy again when I try to use it??

It says it is a live sub on my main account, but doesn't recognise it when I link to the app.

Hi jlwright911,

It sounds like you just need to sign in ExportPDF. From the ExportPDF website, click Sign in at the upper-right corner, and log in to the service with your Adobe ID credentials. Now, when you click ExportPDF, you'll be prompted to select PDF files to export, instead of being asked to subscribe.

I hope that does the trick.

Thanks Sara, I did do that - but it would appear it just took about 15-20 mins to process the order. It is working OK now thanks.
