Do I understand correctly that you have a three-page PDF that you're trying to condense into two pages? Are the pages currently different dimensions? How is the text distributed on those pages (it sounds like you're also asking about changing the line spacing, or text flow).

That can't be easily done inside Acrobat. But, if you have Acrobat or Adobe PDF Pack, you could export the PDF file to Word, make the changes that you need to, and then re-create the PDF file.

If I misunderstood your goal, please let us know and provide some details about what type of file you're working with, and what products you're using.
