I see you purchased an Acrobat Pro subscription. Your subscription allows you to install on either Mac OS or Windows. Are you unable to download your software?

I can download it to a PC, but what I really wanted was Acrobat for Mac. I ended up purchasing an additional subscription for the Mac, but now want to cancel the PC subscription.

I did purchase an Acrobat Pro as well. The one I want to return/cancel is the Acrobat Standard that was also purchased today.
