I purchased an Acrobat subscription for Windows but wanted a subscription for Mac. How do I exchange it?

Hi jodonna,

I see you purchased an Acrobat Pro subscription. Your subscription allows you to install on either Mac OS or Windows. Are you unable to download your software?

I can download it to a PC, but what I really wanted was Acrobat for Mac. I ended up purchasing an additional subscription for the Mac, but now want to cancel the PC subscription.
