I want to remove Document Cloud PDF commands in MS Word toolbar

Some time ago two Document Cloud commands appeared in MS Word for Mac... Create and Share Adobe PDF and Request Signatures.

I'm sure I inadvertently asked Acrobat to install these, but I cannot find a way in Acrobat or in the Word toolbar preferences to remove them.

Nobody at Microsoft can help, I don't use them and they are taking up valuable toolbar space. There must be a preference somewhere in Acrobat to remove them, surely?

Please help!

Thank you for the reply. As I mentioned in my question, I am using Word for Mac, so the path File > Options > Add-Ins does not exist.

However, from that advice, I did manage to track the command I needed in Word for Mac to Tools > Templates and Add-Ins...

So I have finally removed the PDF commands and freed up much-needed toolbar space. Thank goodness!

Tools-->templates and add-ins and deactivate linkCreation.dotm

Good luck 😃

Hey there,

Looking at the descriptions given above, I believe you want to disable the Acrobat from the MS word toolbar permanently?

If yes, then what you are looking for, is well described in this community discussion here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/remove-acrobat-from-my-ribbon-in-word-for-windows-10/td-p/10396849

Kindly refer to the steps suggested and perform the same.

Thanks,
