    Hi rzuniga6515,

    To convert from PDF to PowerPoint (PPTX format), you need a subscription to Adobe PDF Pack. I just took a peek at your account and see that you have an ExportPDF subscription--unfortunately, that service doesn't allow you to convert to PowerPoint, as does the Adobe PDF Pack.

    Would you like to convert your ExportPDF subscription to an Adobe PDF Pack subscription?

    To convert from PDF to PowerPoint (PPTX format), you need a subscription to Adobe PDF Pack. I just took a peek at your account and see that you have an ExportPDF subscription--unfortunately, that service doesn't allow you to convert to PowerPoint, as does the Adobe PDF Pack.

    Would you like to convert your ExportPDF subscription to an Adobe PDF Pack subscription?

    Mmmm, before this problem I was subscribed only to Adobe ExportPDF, anyway,  can you change my subscription type, to  Adobe PDF Pack????
