Hi - whoever has figured out how to actually reach a real person, thanks for forwarding this message. I don't want to start a discussion. I want an answer:

An Adobe PDF Pack subscription is $89.99/year, and that subscription will definitely allow you to convert PDF files to Word format (among several others). Would you mind telling me where you're seeing the $250 price tag? If there's an error somewhere, we definitely want to get that straightened out.

To convert PDF to Word you do not even need the PDF Pack; the less expensive ExportPDF will also do that.
