Why can't you just give me the file in Russian sent to me?

Why can't you just let me take an email sent in Russian and copy it to a translation program?  I paid your $20+ fee to allow this and it did not work.  Why does it always work when you take money, but what you promise/sell doesn't work? 

Please call me or fix it tomorrow.
