Why does my file failed to export because storage limit was exceeded when I have almost no files in my cloud?

I keep getting a conversion failure telling me that I have exceeded my storage limit and to delete some files, but I have basically no files and am unable to use Export PDF, which I just paid for.  What can I do to fix this?  Is it possible that files from other Adobe programs I use would mean that as soon as I get this program, I can't use it because my Adobe cloud is full from something like Lightroom?  Very frustrated and would appreciate any help.  Thanks.

    Hi Aarons,

    Sincerely apologize for not being able to assist you for this query on time.

    As per the issue description given above, we have looked into your account and found two subscription registered on Adobe.

    Adobe Export PDF and Photography Plan.

    With Photography Plan you get the Adobe cloud storage and with Export PDF you get free Document Cloud storage. These two different cloud storage with different services.

    To use Export PDF you need the "Document Cloud" storage, it has nothing to do with the Creative Cloud storage.

    • Export PDF is an online service that you may access through Adobe Document Cloud  and try the conversion. You may also check the "Files" to see how many files you have saved there.

            Using Adobe Export PDF

    As the error message that you receive "exceeded my storage limit and to delete some files" is quite confusing. So we request you to take a screenshot of the entire page where you get this error and share it here.

    hello, i have followed the advice given here and deleted over 200 files, but i am still receiving this error message and cannot convert anymore pdf files to word. Can someone please advise how i can get teh system to acknowledge there is now space available to use.

    Please share a screenshot of the error message you received. Also, confirm if you are using the same email address for the account used here on Community. It will help us check your account storage. If you are using a different email address, share it with us in a private message. You may send a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

     

    In the meantime, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Also, try using an alternate browser or an incognito window in Chrome. Check if that helps.
