Scan, name & email

Hi - I am looking for a solution that will name my incoming post and e-mail the item automatically to a recipient. For example, I receive a letter for a client, say ABC Ltd. I scan the letter along with all of the other letters received in the day. Then I appy some magic and file gets named say ABC Ltd 10-9-20(1) and emailed to the address that some how I have associated with ABC Ltd.

 

Any ideas would be welcome

    do you have an acrobat subscription?

     

    if yes, post to the acrobat forum for how to do that.  if not, what do you have that you think would do what you want?
