100 Page limit exceeded even though on Enterprise plan

Good day, 

 

I am on the Enterprise plan, on which the page limit is 500, however, I cannot send a 250+ document for signature, my app says I have exceeded the "100 page limit".

 

Please help.

We checked your account using the email address used to sign into this community. If you are using the same email, the account linked with this email shows that you have Acrobat Sign individual pro account as a part of the Acrobat application. That is the reason you get the error message.

An Acrobat Sign Enterprise service is also listed on your organization account. Please check with the account admin if you have access to the service.
