500 signatures or enabled forms

My client has more than 500 customers who may sign and return a given form. How can we stay away from being charged? I wasn't clear about echo sign and the 5 free uses. Is that 5 free for the signer or the form distributor?

    Hi,

    With free account in one single form you can add 6 signers. What you are looking for is possible only Enterprise account.
