Hi Wesleym,

It seems that there was already an Adobe Sign account registered with the email address that you have set up as your new Adobe ID.

I have sent you a private message. Please check your inbox.

Refer to the steps mentioned there.

Let us know if you need any help.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Please post the solution openly. I too am having this issue and dealing with chat for 2 hours to try and resolve. It would save time and resources if it were listed out. Maybe the chat person could have used your solution already

Yes, please share the solution. Can't understand why we have to ask one by one.

44 minutes later, still on chat with a rep who is telling me "you should not change the email address by your own"

seriously?

#1 who designs an app where essential functions are broken by changing email?

#2 if the nature of sending necessitates this design, why not post a warning? I have spent over 3 hours now on this. Assuming something was wrong with my install. Reading tips on line about changing user preferences, changing registry entries. Finally uninstalling and reinstalling. All because I needed to change my email address. I persisted in searching for the exact error message to find several listings in this community where the agent says "I'll pm you" and the rest of us are wondering what the heck is going on?

And it all started with this horrible error. This is a personal install, not enterprise. I don't have an IT adminstrator.
