Are you on an Enterprise/Teams plan?  Has your IT dept Admin given you access to Acrobat Sign?

You might try these steps:

• Sign out of the application.
• Try in different browser.
• Clear cache and cookies > Select all time before clearing the cookies
• Sign-in again at https://secure.echosign.com/public/login

Hi Nancy, 

Thanks for getting back. 

I have Adobe Acrobat Premium on IOS via the App subscription. 

And Acrobat Sign on IOS App. 

Would the Premium subscription cover both Apps.

Acrobat premium is for mobile applications, and it does not have the Acrobat Sign plan included.
